Total Coaching
The Total Coaching option marries programming and nutrition to obtain your fitness goals in the most effective and timely way!
This includes direct access to myself with day to day questions about training, recovery, and nutrition! This starts with a short call to discuss your goals, and get you started on your road to success and results! We will also chat a minimum of once a month to assess progress, and answer any questions you have on training.
For your nutrition, I will initially determine an accurate metabolic rate through a service I have access to. I will inform you on the basics of metabolic dieting, and set your custom nutrition specs. We will check in bi weekly, and track our visual and statistical progress. We will then adjust as needed to keep you on the best track to attaining your health and fitness goals.
Additionally for instagram users, you will be added to a private story where I post fitness, nutrition, recovery, and motivational content!
